PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 05.07.2019 passed in I.A.No.10925 of 2018 in O.S.No.2744 of 2018 on the file of the IV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

ORDER
The counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement seeking leave of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. In view of the above, leave is granted.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that entire suit claim amount had been settled by him to the respondent out of the Court. It is further stated that at the time of admission, this Court by order dated 03.02.2022 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.2711 of 2018 on the file of the IV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai and the said order has been complied with. The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the said amount and the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a formal application before the concerned Court, seeking withdrawal of the above said amount.
3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.12.2022 Index: Yes/ No Speaking Order / Non-Speaking Order jai
