It is stated that final report had been altered to also include offences under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.

2.Necessary amendment to be filed.

3.It is also stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that the application for bail would not be maintainable but that an appeal will have to be filed under Section 14A of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, as against the order of the Sessions Court.

4.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to file an appropriate application.
