Crl.O.P.No.1712 of 2021 Crl.O.P.No.1712 of 2021 M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J., This Court while disposing of the above said Criminal Original Petition on 05.02.2021, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Erode, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.23 of 2021, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 2.Today, When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, through her letter dated 01.09.2021, vide D.No.2169/2021, had forwarded the requisition letter of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Erode, in respect of seeking further extension of time, to dispose the case in C.C.No.23 of 2021, since the order passed by this Court dated 05.02.

2021, has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court. She further submitted that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, in its order dated 05.07.2021, in the case of SLA(Crl)No.3323/2021, has stayed the proceedings of the above said case. Hence, she is unable to dispose the case before the time stipulated. A copy of the above mentioned order dated 05.07.2021, has been enclosed herewith.

ah 3.In view of the stay granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLA(Crl)No.3323/2021, the trial Court is directed to dispose the case in C.C.No.23 of 2021, after the out come of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the above said case.
