These petitions have been filed seeking modification of the condition, to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the Dean, Chengalpattu Government Hospital, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27104 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023 and to extend the time limit for complying the conditions.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is a driver and he is not able to mobilize the amount.

4.Taking all the factors into consideration, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 6(b). Accordingly, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the Dean, Chengalpattu Government Hospital and the time is extended for complying with the conditions till 22.02.2024.
