Comp.A.Nos.90 to 104 of 2023 Comp.A.Nos.90 to 104 of 2023 in C.P.No.151 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., These are all the applications filed to condone the delay of 798 days in filing the additional claim in C.P.No.151 of 2013 statement.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants would submit that initially they have filed the claim regarding gratuity and they have not filed any claim with regard to the salary and hence, now they have filed the present application seeking leave of this Court to file their additional claim regarding salary. In the course of filing the same, there is a delay of 798 days for the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application.

3. The learned Official Liquidator appearing for the respondent would submit that this Court may consider the merits of the matters and pass orders in these applications.

4. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned Official Liquidator and perusing the documents available on record, this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these applications.

5. Accordingly, these applications are allowed and the delay of 798 days in filing the additional claims in C.P.No.151 of 2013 is condoned. The learned Official Liquidator is directed to re-adjudicate the claims, if it is in accordance with law.
