Mr.Harihara Arun Somasankar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) contended that final report was filed in CC.No.100 of 2015 and after full trial, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore vide Judgment dated 04.08.2018, convicted the accused for the offences punishable under Section 294 (b) and sentenced him to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default to undergo simple imprisonment for one month and therefore nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survives for further adjudication in the instant case. He also filed a copy of the Judgment in CC.No.100 of 2015.
