W.M.P. No.2511 of 2021 in W.P.No.15685 of 2011 MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J.

The above miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the legal heir in the place of deceased writ petitioner Mr.N.Maran in the above writ petition.

2. It is seen from records that during the pendency of the above writ petition the petitioner died on 25.12.2015 leaving behind his wife/ Mrs.M.Vijayakumari and Mr.M.Vivek Kumar, Ms.M.Aswini and Ms.M.Sharmila Devi as legal heirs. There is no objection from the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents to allow this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
