This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the FIR in Crime No.32 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2021 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.36 of 2023, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
