The learned government advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has produced before this Court an order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.1685/B3/2018 dated 30.04.2018, from which it is seen that the second respondent has withdrawn the impugned order dated 30.04.2012. In the light of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. It is submitted by Mr.C.S.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent that civil suit in O.S. No. 61 of 2013 is pending in the Sub Court, Chengalpat. The disposal of this writ petition will not in any manner affect the civil proceeding, which shall be decided based on the oral and documentary evidence placed before that court.
