ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 380 of IPC in Crime No.398 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other persons were theft the irons from the SLV Industrial Company, which utter false the petitioner never involved in the said offence. This is the 2nd anticipatory bail petition. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner already granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.25515 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021 in the same crime number. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner already granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.25515 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021 in the same crime number, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
