O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by one Swendiran.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that nobody lodged any complaint against the petitioner, in respect of the issue on hand in the present Criminal Original Petition.

3.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

4.After passing the above order, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that some other complaint of the petitioner is pending investigation and if required, he may be asked to appear before the respondent police for interrogation. It is needless to state that if he is asked to appear before the respondent police, he has to appear for interrogation and cooperate with the enquiry.
