This Court by its order dated 30.08.2024, allowed the Application No.4018 of 2024, which was filed for extending the time for execution of Security Bond in O.P.No.161 of 2022, dated 09.10.2023 and not allowed the Application No.4019 of 2024, which is filed for execution of bond in O.P.No.161 of 2022 by order dated 09.10.2023.

2. Taking into consideration the Application Nos.4018 & 4019 of 2024 are connected with each other and in view of the order passed by this Court in Application No.4018 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024, this application No.4019 of 2024 is allowed.
