Present revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2019 in A.S.No.5 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned District Judge, Coimbatore within a time frame.

2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in the revision which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The suit is for partition and the suit has been decreed. Challenging the same, the first respondent/first defendant filed an appeal in A.S.No.5 of 2019 and he has also filed a stay application in I.A.No.2 of 2019 and also obtained an order of interim stay not to alienate him from the suit property. The petitioners have filed their counter in I.A.No.2 of 2019 seeking to vacate the stay. As the said application is still pending, the petitioners have filed the present revision seeking an early disposal of the I.A. within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned District Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.2 of 2019 in A.S.No.5 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of four weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
