ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to execute the Bailable Warrant issued against the third respondent by the Fast Track Court No.I, Metropolitan Magistrate at Allikulam, Chennai - 600 003 at an early date.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner herein has filed a case against the accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No.2270 of 2015 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.I, Metropolitan Magistrate at Allikulam, Chennai - 600 003, in which the third respondent herein has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
been arrayed as accused No.2. He further submitted that since the third respondent had not appeared before the trial Court, the Bailable Warrant was issued on 20.06.2017 but, sofar, the second respondent has not taken any action to secure the said accused. Therefore, he prayed to direct the second respondent to execute the warrant at an early date and produce the accused No.2/respondent No.3 before the trial Court.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that a reasonable time may be granted for executing the warrant.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to constitute a special team and execute the Bailable Warrant which has been issued against the third respondent herein/accused No.2 in C.C.No.2270 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Petition is disposed of.
