This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28516 of 2024 by an order dated 25.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.
