C.M.P.Nos.1781, 1782 & 1787 of 2024 in S.A.No.978 of 2012 G.ARUL MURUGAN, J., These miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.Nos.1781, 1782 & 1787 of 2024 are filed to (i) condone the delay of 542 days in filing the petition to bring on the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, (ii) set aside the abatement, (iii)bring on records of the proposed parties/legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, respectively.

The petitioner have filed a copy of the death certificate in respect of the sole appellant and legal heir certificate along with these petitions. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection. 4.

Perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also having satisfied with the reasons, these C.M.P.s are ordered. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the second appeal in S.A.No.978 of 2012. 5.

Post the Second Appeal after three weeks.
