quash the FIR and investigation on the file of District Crime Branch, Erode. The criminal original petition in Crl.OP.No.23288 of 2016 is filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of arrest pending investigation in CR.NO. NOT KNOWN OF 2016 on the file of the respondent police. 3.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that the investigation was completed in crime No.20 of 2016 and further action dropped by final report dated 15.04.2021 and the same was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode.

Recording the above submissions, both the criminal original petitions are closed.
