ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous since it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the dead body of the petitioner's mother was found and after identification, the same was also handed over to the petitioner on 21.01.2024. He further submitted that a case has already been registered in FIR.No.58 of 2021 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. and the inquiry is in progress.
