This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Tambaram in C.M.P.No.9089 of 2022 dated 13.12.2022.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that upon the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending in C.No.2/ACSIR/SCW/23. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not filed any complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Tambaram and he filed only an affidavit and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Revision Case, with a liberty to file a complaint before the jurisdictional Court.

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file a complaint before the jurisdictional Court. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
