(The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the cause title crime number has been wrongly mentioned as "123 of 2021" instead of "123 of 2020 ".

3. Considering the above submission, the crime number is ordered to be corrected as "123 of 2020" instead of "123 of 2021" in the cause title.

4. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.1859 of 2021 dated 08.02.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.

6. Time is extended for a further period of two weeks for 2/4

executing the sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order.
