(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 04.09.2015, after notice to all concerned more specifically the third respondent, by a speaking order, within one (1) month of the receipt of the order.

2.We are, however, concerned over the fact that the representation dated 04.09.2015 appears to have remained unattended over almost six months. We would, thus, like an affidavit to be filed by the concerned officer of the respondent Corporation as to what steps were taken in pursuance to the complaint given by the petitioner.

3.Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 4.List for compliance on 29.04.2016.
