Crl.M.P.No.2180 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16015 of 2020 Crl.M.P.No.2180 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16015 of 2020 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16015 of 2020 dated 19.11.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16015 of 2020 dated 19.11.2020 is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
