ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.12.2019 in CSR.No.509/2019 pending on the file of the second respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 25.12.2019, CSR.No.509 of 2019 was issued. Based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, preliminary enquiry has been conducted and an F.I.R in Cr.No.55 of 2020 has been registered under sections 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C and hence this petition has become infructuous.
