This petition is filed by the petitioner/Appellant seeking to condone the delay of 33 days in preferring the above tax case.

2. Heard Ms. Amirtha Dinakar, learned Government advocate (taxes) appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that the issue involved herein is covered by G.O. Ms. No.

105, Commercial Taxes and Registration (D1) Department, dated 25.07.2019 and hence, the delay may be condoned and the case may be directed to be listed for withdrawal on account of litigation policy.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
