ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceeding in C.C.No.3364 of 2016.

2.The Second respondent has now filed an affidavit before this Court and he has categorically stated that he withdraws the complaint given by him against the petitioners and he does not want to prosecute the case. The said affidavit is taken on file.

3. In view of the above categoric stand taken by the second respondent, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the proceedings pending in C.C.No. 3364 of 2016 and the petitioners

should not made to suffer the ordeal of the trial. In the result, the proceeding in C.C.No.3364 of 2016 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, is hereby quashed.
