PRAYER:
Originally this petition has been filed as Original Application No.4043 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, petition has been transferred and numbered as W.P.No.12465 of 2007. Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent issued in the reference number Na.Ka.No.82/95/P1/dated 7.11.95 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to set-up the pay of the applicant with that of Mr.Parasuraman with effect from 30.05.93 and to fix his pay at Rs.1,600/- plus personal pay.
