O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the husband of the detenue Manjudevi for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. On the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.323 of 2015 on the file of the Valangaiman Police Station has been registered and investigation is in progress. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. It appears that the alleged detenue Manjudevi has sent a detailed letter stating that she neither wants to join the petitioner nor wants to go to her parental home.
4. In such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.323 of 2015 and keep the petitioner as well as the parents of the detenue informed about the developments.
With the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
