ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the transfer of investigation in Crime No.1619 of 2014, on the file of the 2nd respondent police to CBCID or any other fair agency as this Court deems fit.
2.Heard, Mr.L.Infant Dinesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.Ananthanarayanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent 3 and perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is conducting investigation and the same is yet to be disposed of.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the second respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.1619 of 2014, pending on his file and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
