PRAYER: The Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the order passed in M.P.No.2802 of 2020 dated 22.10.2020 on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. (The case has been heard through Video Conferencing) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicles viz., Hyundai I10 bearing Registration No.TN 04 AE 1807 and Maruthi Swift bearing Registration No.TN 04 3350. He would further submit that there are some discrepancies in the petition and thereby, he would seek to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to approach the lower court by filing appropriate fresh petition. Hence, the criminal revision petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned lower Court.
