Though the captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition [hereinafter 'Crl.M.P.' for the sake of brevity and convenience] has been filed with dispense with prayer, Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the persons concerned have been able to lay their hands on the original in the interregnum, the same has been filed and the appeal itself has now been numbered as Crl.A.No.118 of 2023. Therefore, captioned Crl.M.P. is disposed of as having become infructuous.
