This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.498 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate -III, Coimbatore.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent that the trial, in C.C.No.498 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate -III, Coimbatore, has already been commenced

4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
