Learned counsel for the Appellants submits that the Appellants 1, 2 & 4 and the sole respondent are dead. She would also submit that despite her best effort, she is unable to contact the legal representatives of the deceased Appellants 1, 2 & 4. Since steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellants 1, 2 & 4, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
