When the matter came up for hearing on 03.09.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 04.09.2019.
2. Today, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Since the Original Petition is pending from the year 2013, and considering the fact, that the petitioner is not interested to conduct the case, this Court has no other option except than to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
