2. A counter had been filed on behalf of the respondents, indicating that they would not have any objections in respect of the listed 1 to 13 mentioned documents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant stated that he would not press the documents listed from 14 to 21 in the said list.

4. In such view of the matter, considering no objections given by the respondents in respect of the listed 1 to 13 documents and giving up of document Nos.14 to 21 in the said list by the applicant, the application is ordered in respect of listed 1 to 13 documents.

5. In fine, the application in A.No.748 of 2025 in C.S.No.155 of 2019 is allowed in part as indicated above. However, there shall be no ordered as to costs.
