Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the Deputy Commissioner (CT) Madurai Division, Madurai - 20 bearing No.ROC.A8/15478/2001 dated 31.12.2001 and the enquiry report of the Assistant Commissioner (CT) Madurai (West) Madurai dated 10.07.2002 and the proceedings of the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Chepauk, Chennai - 5 bearing Memo No.E2/21554/2002 dated 13.11.2002 and the order passed by the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Chepauk, Chennai - 5 vide proceedings No.E3/21554/2002 dated 29.5.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondents to give all the retirement benefits both monetary and pensionary and all other benefits and emoluments due to the applicant.
