O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the election notice issued by the fourth respondent to conduct the election of the fourth respondent/Salem District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Salem.

2.Earlier, notice ordered to the respondents. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.M.S.Palanisamy, the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by the Division Bench of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, the entire election to various Co Operative Societies have been stopped including the election of the 4th respondent Society.

3.Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent that now the election has been stopped as of now, no further adjudication is necessary in the Writ Petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs. are closed.
