JUDGMENT

Today, when the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side are appeared before this Court through Video Conference.

2. Both the counsels filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 23.12.2021 stating that the dispute between the appellant and the respondent has been settled in out of Court and seek the relief to dispose of this appeal based on the Joint Compromise Memo.

3. Hence, in view of the above, the Second Appeal stands disposed of as settled out of Court. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 23.12.2021 shall form part of the decree. No costs.
