ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the 1st respondent's auction notice issued in proceedings Na.Ka.No.37/2013/A3, dated 20.05.2013 and thereby, direct the respondents to renew the lease of the shop No.7 in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2013.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the auction notice is of the year 2013 and the due date has already been expired and subsequent tender has been called for and the auction has also been held. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
