ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29012 of 2024 by an order dated 20.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily evening at 6.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29012 of 2024 on 20.11.2024 is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
