ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.1657 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, Vikravandi Police Station, the second respondent herein to Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Villupuram. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that this matter is a registered case in Cr.No.1657 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, Vikravandi Police Station. He further submitted that after investigation, further action has been dropped and notice also sent to the complainant as well as the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
3. Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate
legal action upon the closure report.
