This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 87 days in preferring of the above Tax Case.

2.Heard both sides. It is submitted that the issue involved herein is covered by the order dated 06.04.2018 passed by this court in T.C. Nos. 92 and 95 of 2018.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
