Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records from the 1st respondent relating to his proceedings Na.Ka.No.12869/2003/Aa2, dated 14.07.2003 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent passed in his Na.Ka.No.1157/2003/Aa, dated 1.4.2003 and quash the same.

2. Mr.K.Magesh, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that the petitioner died at the age of 66 years i.e. on 07.09.2014 and no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased for the past six years. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
