ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the records on the file of the respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.11/K/2003 dated 15.9.2003.

2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that originally the petitioner filed Original Application No. 3544 of 2003 before the State Administrative Tribunal seeking to quash the proceedings Na.Ka.No.11/K/2003 on the file of the respondent. Subsequently, he has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.32604 of 2004 before this Court for the very same prayer. Thereafter, due to the abolition of State Administrative Tribunal, the said O.A. was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.12609 of 2007 which is the present case.

4. It is also submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the above said W.P.No.32604 of 2004 has already been disposed of on 13.09.2007 and so far, the petitioner has not taken any steps to close the present writ petition.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
