I have had an occasion to consider similar prayer on 15.02.2022 in W.P.Nos.2451, 2518 and 2519 of 2022 and have passed the following order:
These writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn in the light of endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs.
2. The petitioners seek and are granted liberty to pursue the complaints filed by them on 16.12.2021, 05.01.2022 and 07.01.2021 before the Ombudsman, the Reserve Bank of India.
2. In view of the identity of facts and legal position between the aforesaid Writ Petitions and the present Writ Petition, the same order is taken to be passed in this Writ Petition as well and the petitioners are granted liberty to pursue the complaints filed by them before the Ombudsman, the Reserve Bank of India.
