Heard Mr.T.Dhanyakumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellants and Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3.

This Second Appeal is listed for taking steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent as well as for filing petition to declare the first respondent, as major. Inspite of repeated adjournments, the appellants have not taken any steps to comply with the order passed by this Court.
