ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.08.2024 in WP.No.25446 of 2024, thereby the respondent was directed to disburse the amount to the tune of Rs.1,74,00,000/- in three installments, within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, the respondent preferred appeal and obtained interim order of stay of all further proceedings of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition in WA.No.1075 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed at present. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the writ appeal.
