Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to Demand Notice dated 14.11.2016 issued by the First Respondent quash the same and consequently direct the First respondent herein not to demand any fees or levy in respect of lay out approval No.PPD LO No.36 of 2013 granted by the Second and Third Respondent which is developed in the land comprised in Survey Nos.364/2A, 364/2B and 364/2C of Kannapalayam Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition by a letter dated 29.1.2018.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
