This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Principal special court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on the second working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., and also before the respondent police on every saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further order in Crl.M.P.No.15852 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.23884 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Principal special court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on the second working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., and also before the respondent police on every saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further order in 2/4
