Originally this petition has been filed as Original Application No.2732 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal at Chennai and after abolition of TNAT, application has been transferred and numbered as W.P.No.12644 of 2007. Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in P.R.No.52/A4/2002 u/r 3(B) (S.O.No.7/2003) dated 08.02.2003 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent in P.R.No.52/A4/2002 u/r 3(B) (S.O.No.7/2003) dated 08.02.2003 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was posted for today, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. In view of the above fact that even after giving several opportunities to the petitioner, there is no representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

behalf of him and since the matter is pending from the year 2007, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
