This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased/ sole appellant viz., R.Barathbaran and rank them as the appellants 2 to 4 in S.A.No.142 of 2012. 2.The factum of the death of the sole appellant and the proposed parties are the legal representatives of the deceased are not under dispute. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to amend the cause title within a period of two weeks. Post the matter after two weeks.
